When going for a new one, does anyone else switch between sheer luck and actually using the board for what its for?

Most of the time, I'm lazy so I'll go to the most reliable known spot which is closest to me. Even then, I'm usually too lazy to book and just go with luck based on past reliability.

The other 49% of the time, I try a new place or book with a specific girl mentioned on the board... both of these have been hit and miss.

Waking randomly into an unreviewed place sometimes yields the best session of my life with an unbelievably hot girl who isn't reviewed. Those times are amazing, like winning the lottery.

But most of the time you do this, it's how to find the older, chubby ladies. Even these sessions can be surprisingly fantastic when it turns out they are super enthusiastic "service queens" who know what I need better than i do! It is even hotter being out in the real world and seeing similar ladies in their daily lives and knowing how dirty they are ... and then, some (at least 40% of this category) are just objecively bad letdowns.

The other side of the coin- booking with a well reviewed provider - is just about the same rate of hit and miss! Either I don't agree with the reviews, or she is ymmv and for some reason i am a capital V that day, mechanical service... maybe only looks-wise you don't get surprised. But then, having a hot girl make you feel a bit rejected since you know her potential is worse than a mature chubby lady who rocks your planet!

Then, of course, the holy grail is finding a great review on here and then going for and getting exactly what you expect...! On those days, you know you have it all figured out and can achieve anything :D

Anyway, does anyone else switch it up? Do some guys stay in one category or the other all the time? If you toftt, is it so you can post about a little known place? Or do you toftt sheerly for the adventure of it all?

So I think I have been clear in the past, I enjoy the hunt as much as or more than the kill. I love to try my hand at a spa where your mom goes with her pals from the old folks home, see if I can get that gal to jerk me off. I don't even make appointment at places, I love to roll the dice. If a place is a three girl shop, and one sucks, one is awesome, and one is meh, I play the game, while others make appointment and whine when they don't get the good one. Set correct expectations, enjoy the hunt, and GO!

That said, I monger like how I'd use a Swiss Army knife. You know, there's parts on that knife you never use, and tools you use every time, and then the others, are for specific case. If I want a good massage, and anything else is gravy, I have shop for that. If I want a new gal I never met and I know she will open menu the moment the MMS tells her I'm VIP, I have shop for that. And so on. Others are super specific, they cannot handle chubby lady, and as you say, they miss out, because that chubby granny can and will suck all your cum out and no stop until it's ALL out, including your soul. So ok, super specific, then TOFTT may not be their game, and they rely on this site for targeted intel that directs them exactly to the thing they want, and away from the thing they do no want. The Swiss I keep in my desk drawer at work, the toothpick has never been used it's in mint condition, the Swiss I keep in my desk drawer at home, the toothpick is black from all the resin since I use that Swiss for bong maintenance lol

To that point. In intel, we have to consider the source. The more we know about a source, the more we can shape our acceptance and use of this intel. So for example, a pal that is here loves spinners, maybe only spinners. So every review he might write, I filter in my mind this way. I don't like or dislike spinners, is no my first choice, but I enjoy each time of course. So if I read this review or a PM, and this guy says she's hot and she's this or that, I remember that he is particular to spinner, and I filter this way. Same if you read my reviews, I have high preference for mombod and for gals who might be like a 6 and you know she will do some dirty stuff. So when I write a review and say "mombod, or superhott mombod", well if you are familiar with my reviews, you will know what I am talking about and if this is for you or no.

Personally though, I think people who don't TOFTT at least on occasion are missing out on the best part of the hobby. Finding a new place or girl or discovering some YMMV thing with a gal everyone else says is HE-only, this is the thing that keeps me coming back to the hobby for 30+ years and I guess the next 30 till I'm in a coffin, hopefully with two double stacks of Jackso Ten and an extra 001 rubber in my back pocket :)

Great answer. As obvious as it is, i haven't ever thought to consider the source.

On the other hand, I try to keep my own reviews as "objective" as possible (so I think), given that there are many different preferences out there. That might be an impossible goal after all.

I'm with you on the thrill of the hunt, but finding one from a review that is exactly what you want that day is a whole different experience. So many different ways to skin a cat!

I like your approach to the monger life. Some times it's good to roll the dice and see what you you win to keep the excitement going.
