If you're staying in downtown Cleveland you're pretty SOL. You'd have good luck checking STG and visiting some hotel Asian outfits about 25 miles southish of downtown.

Skipthegames. Look under Cleveland and escorts and you'll see a ton of Asian advertising with different numbers. If you enquire with most of them, they all go back toe a Super8 in Strongsville. 140hhr/200hr. Don't bother with anything over hhr.

You can check sexguide. While there is definitely more info there, it doesn't change the fact that Cleveland-area is pretty sparse thanks to govt puritans.
