My 0.02... so zero way of getting there by public transport, lol and why would you wanna do that to deep in queens anyway. 30-40 min drive from most areas on the east side of the city or in BK, less if in queens.
I’m not a huge fan of Dollhouse lol but I go once month and have since 2017. Usual deal I run with is the half @80 and tipping the girl 40 for the usual bbj, bls, CIM, etc. My main reason for going though, there are DEFFF some gems in there. Honestly the first few times I went I didn’t see any super hot chicks, but then I realized it’s cause they were in a room booked! And the annoying thing with fasthouses is the inability to really book a certain girl for a certain time. BUT, if you know the deal you just ask the old lady (or security guy) when you’re in. Plus my main thing is it’s super easy to get a girls digits for Indy meetings, I’ve been seeing 2 different chicks I met there over the last 6-7 months and they defff get some legit hotties. They also get your classic run of the mill 25-35 y.o. loose/mediocre pros, but ive smashed many a HOT 20/21 year old Colombian/Costa Rican there. And typically for 80 plus tip.
Downside - location isn’t convenient. The place feels like (and likely is) being tailed/surveilled. Lol and idk I just always feel dirty smashing there. But you best believe I’ll be back up in there in a couple weeks

Everything sounds about right with your post. However note that when you go in there next and you were waiting for your fave girl unlike most pros nowadays the indies and the amp girls and more expensive latina agencies. These girls wipe their pussy with baby wipes and keep it pushing. So if your fave is a bbfs Queen and yes they get some there from time to time. You may be going in next after a prior hobbyist drained his nuts in that girl. Just fyi. If she isn't a bbfs queen. Most aren't then you just got to worry about her poor hygiene habits while working there. I strongly suggest going there early.
Lol one of the times I was there I was in one of the rooms upstairs and there weren’t sheets on the bed.. I shamefully still smashed shortie though, ha that pretty much sums up Dollhouse it’s cool for a visit here or there though, but def not my go-to spot
Honestly though it’s getting tougher finding non-asian spots, besides the obv Blues, Lear’s, the Russians, Diamond, etc. Fun to change it up sometimes *shrug*
