It's kind of hit or miss, but you may want to try: East End Natural Health Center. Standard Chinese Qi Gong-style AMP but it's clean and quiet. The usually 35-50 yr. old talent varies in terms of looks and skills but most BBBJ with CIM. Of the 6-7 gals I've seen there, only one refused and offered the plastic wrap BJ instead.
Yes, it's connected to a residential building. In fact, one time when I left, I went through the lobby of the residential portion to leave. Not that uncommon actually...many buildings in Manhattan have doctor's offices for rent or purchase in otherwise residential buildings. If the tenant is in the "chiropractic" or "acupuncture" business, instead of an MD, no one is really going to pay any attention unless the foot traffic goes off the rails. I've seen similar situations at three other locations through the years. Mainly an eastside thing.
I never really got any names from there. It's really hit or miss, which is unfortunate because it's fairly close to my apartment. With some prompting however, you can usually get BBBJ and often FS from all the gals. The quality of the gals is 5 to 7, with the occasional 8, in looks. Ages are typically 35-55.

You guys are messing around here: @West 23rd suggested East End Natural Health Center , that is in 86 and East End Ave (googled) and looks like a legit chiropractic working only 3 days a week.
Now @didi88 talks about a spot in 30 East End , that I know too, and actually is an easy going AMP , but in 81 & East End. Briefly, thank you @West 23rd but none of us is looking for a chiropractic.
