To each his own. Some find a 10 in looks and 5 service good combination. I personally would prefer it the other way around. Service can make up for a lot of points in the looks department in my calculation, but I may not be in the majority. Young and very pretty are a disincentive for me in a girl (I an neither of those...) - and is usually correlated with lower service scores anyway.

You can usually have the combination of beauty, youthful appearance and skill that you want. Just up the donation and have no regrets.

The clear exception is the Chinese only spots. You just have to hunt elsewhere. Like @AutomaticSlim said, there are plenty of other places to choose from
