    Used to see an indie at a place on east 59th street between first and second ave. Long story short she was at a place in midtown on 33rd then moved to a place on 36th then this place that she would just pay for by the hour. I have the address and apt number but not posting for obvious reasons...

    Any expert views (or amateur armchair analysis) on why average AMP age is 40+ in Chinatown? Is it a lack of demand for 25-40 range, immigration policy, or is it better in Flushing? I’ve done a fair amount of recon and unless there are good UTR places I can’t find then it just is what it is...
