Why I'm not seeing anymore girls at Motels

So there is a Corg that enjoys making appointments, giving you a different girl than you asked for and then they will make you wait for the person you actually asked for. In my example they've done this several times. I get there on time and they bait and switch me, when I tell them I'd like to see the person I asked for they tell me 20 minutes. 20 minutes pass and they give me some BS, like she's taking her shower. 10 more minutes pass and nothing.

Worst part I know lots of these girls don't even shower between sessions.
So today the icing on the cake was the police rolls up and starts taking photos of the license plates in the motel and happen to capture my face along with it. So after driving 20 minutes to the location and waiting 30 minutes I didn't get my appointment and the police took a photo of my car and me.

So no more to this Corg. They don't know how to run a business.

Suspect the org in question is the one with the distinctive ads. Not only do they B&S, but they have mongers knocking on doors of active sessions. Terrible management. I've stopped using them as well.

This is why IMHO unless you're legitimately penny-pinching to live paycheck-to-paycheck (and should seriously reconsider being in this hobby at all) stay away from motel orgs. Sketchy, B&S, no screening not just for you but all of your eskimo bros, no caution in their setup, just trouble waiting to happen. You get what you pay for.

Even if I discovered this hobby when I was younger (and earned less) it simply makes more sense to just pay K-girl prices for the consistency instead of roll the dice get bad experience 5 times to maaaaybbee get a decent one on the 6th.

Some newb Redditor asked me for advice on punting in Southbay and he insists that he's a loaded engineer while simultaneously saying 160 is way too expensive and wants something cheaper. Sometimes its really hard to not have stereotypes running through your head when they're that extreme.

He took zero of my advice and complained to me a couple weeks later how he got bait and switched and asks me basically for the same advice again which I'm pretty sure he's just going to ignore again.

Shitty experience and result! The C-orgs operate mainly the same here on the east coast, but there's no choice of girl. Fake pics on ads and there's only one girl available. Typically age 40+ high-mileage girls being put out to pasture in these hotel rooms. Take it or leave it.

LEO once rolled up on me while I was in one of these hotel parking lots waiting for the text to go up to the room. He blocked me in with his cruiser and came to the window to "chat". Luckily, my hobby phone is a separate device from my real phone. I hid the hobby phone out of sight and had Google maps pulled up on my real phone before he got to the window. I simply said I had parked there briefly to check maps to make sure I wasn't getting lost before rolling back out into the traffic, and I stuck to that story. The hotel was sketchy, and I gleaned from his persistent questioning that they were more interested in tracking down drug dealers than providers. I don't do the hotel scene any longer.

The real shame is this org has real photos, the girls really do work. Unfortunately the popular ones are popular but the PO I guess is told to say yes to all calls/appointments if you roll up and the girl is available then you can see her if not. They give you just anyone available. If you say no to their alternative they make you wait. The whole idea of appointments is fake to them, like others have said all about volume, zero safety for the girls and customers.

Anyway I'm done with seeing them.
This was in San Jose but I've seen police roll around their other places too so they are on to the commonly used motels in SB.

To my fellow mongers be safe avoid Motels.

Is this the one that has multiple locations all over the bay with the similar bright colored ads, bubbly text, and shiny/flashy graphic effects?

How obvious were they about taking photos? Was the cop sticking his arm out with a camera? phone camera? slowing down at each car?

I ask because a cop rolled through when I was at a motel, but he stopped to inspect a large pick up truck (went around peeping through the windows). This was as Milpitas hotel, booked through "bright colored ads, bubbly text, and shiny/flashy graphic effects"

That’s weird because cops usually use undercover unmarked cars for surveillance. They still are pretty obvious but it’s never a squad car with visible lights. Usually an unmarked Explorer blacked out with lights in the grille or a van.

Honestly that’s the best move. Some of the POs stack multiple mongers at the same time or back to back. They have like 30+ POs for like 20+ girls that work all over the bay and north cal. The motels are always sketch. However the are some girls/milfs/gilfs that are worth it.

Each girl has multiple booking agents each with different ads booking from different phone/text numbers. Each agent that delivers a monger to the room gets a piece of the action (ever wonder why they ask your phone number upon entry?). Typical leap-frog doesn't apply. They do it swarm-style. Overbook. Overbook. Overbook. The girl is on her back for the max amount of time and the $$ rolls in.

yup, I just ask for the girls WeChat at this point and don’t deal with the whole mess anymore

I usually do storefront AMPs but do a motel C-Org every once in a while. I’ve never had a scheduling problem and the motels have not been too sketchy.

Whenever I get that particular itch, I stick to certain ogs whose ads use real pics. When I walk through the door, the providers look a little older or a little rounder but that’s ok, I have lower expectations. I go for service and only once have been disappointed. Oddly enough, it was my first C-Org attempt.

What I look for are ads that have consistent pics but rotate through area. This is how I know they use real-ish pics. This tip has served me well. Again, it bears repeating that I am not expecting a whole lot, just good service. Once I find a provide I like, I see her again and get her number and deal directly with he.

Supposedly Milk@MSD was a legit late 20's gem, but she's off the list fairly quickly would've put on my TDL otherwise.
The only motel girl I had (and repeated) was Vivi from the bubbly flashy ad org. She's decent looking for a young milf and good gfe, very affordable for a 1.6x 2 hr sesh when I'm already doing K-girls regularly.

Vivi was 90% the person in the pic and I was able to get her the day she was taken off the ads still too (she was prepping to change locations), all via PO (though I have her number now) Speaking Chinese helps.

The downside of this is while you are one-to-one with her scheduling an appointment, her multiple booking agents are also trying to get mongers through her door, and they are blowing up her phone while you are in your session
