First of all, you say you're worried others will start running to get asking for it, so why did you post about it?
Then you wonder if others have been getting it and are just staying quiet about it. What in the world makes you think they'll come and post it here in the comments if they haven't posted about it in a review??
What blows my mind about some people on this forum is that I feel you lack common sense.
You got extra fun today, good for you. But why come running to the board telling everyone or bragging about it?

I'm sure it could seem useful until all of this board heads over to her. Asks her for it. Then she refuses and when denied it they get upset because this person said so and so making her feel pressured. Then a negative review comes because they were expecting something and didn't get it. It really seems like folks lack common sense sometimes.
I'm all for sharing Intel. But not at the cost of making a provide feel uncomfortable. That just ruins the fun for everyone.

Would be surprised if this review materially increases her traffic at all. She's already well reviewed, and while popular among the old/tightwad/low standards demographic (a demographic I'm a part of, too!), she has little appeal outside that demographic.
Are you sure she actually ever refuses? Unless she refuses you (and it sounds like she doesn't), how would you know she refuses anyone?
Sure, that could happen. But note that the OP's review goes to great length with "this never happened to me before" and "YMMV" caveats.
A negative review, if it's what went down, is useful intel, too. They are often more helpful than positive ones.

Im assuming this woman is an adult, and has been in the service industry long enough to know how to say yes and no, and also understands how reviews work, supply and demand, buy low, sell high etc. I think she will survive this review. She might need therapy... but she will survive.

I can't believe we are yelling at someone for sharing valuable information. Chances are she is doing this with many others and it's fair game to share as that's what these sites are all about. The provider is a professional and in this dane age of social media, you provide a service and expect the good word to get out as it helps her generate more revenue. Else why even have a review board if you are going to filter out information. She must be doing this for many others and most people assume it's not on the menu and don't ask and many actually get the added services but chose to not share that information. Im glad that Rook1000x shared as this isn't or shouldn't be a secret. If that were the case, 90% of the experiences on this board could be held back and that can't be good. This woman is a good business woman and will make more money as more people feel comfortable offering her more money for expanded menu which she is free to decline but I somehow doubt it.
