Let us not lose sight of the original post. It is about 2 NYPD Blue getting attacked on the street by a band I'd outlaws. Then these MF's give us US citizens the finger and laugh in our face.
There are quite of LE on here so we need to encourage these members to tell the superiors to get the US Marshals involved and hunt these scumbags down and lock them the fuck up.
Let's not find blame and point fingers. Find those that took off, bring them back for justice and make an example of them.
And they were freed without bail because something Texas… Trump… I dunno. Reading the comments here it’s clear we deserve this

I agree. Attacking NYPD is bad enough. Releasing them without bail is just the wrong message. The very minimum that should have been done is to hand them over to ICE for detention, revoke their asylum application, and deport them after due process.

Just out of the blue? Nobody has filed suit? That’s not how the court works
Really? You want credit for the first suit, even though the issue is dead with the SCOTUS ruling? Fine.

Now it's just a matter TX deciding if they can follow the US Constitution and come up with another solution without breaking the law again.

I have no idea what you’re talking about, i said that they’re suing Tx for enforcing the border you’re saying no they’re just suing to uphold the court ruling that answered to their suit, do you realize what you’re saying?

Then yoou haven't been following the case. Immigration is under Federal control as per the Constitution.Unless you are arguing that it's OK to ignore the Constitution.

Did the Feds sue Tx or not?
The question should be: did TX violate the Constitution by implementing bad laws, thus causing the need for the suit? Cause and effect.
My question is why don’t you blame him instead of Abbot?
Because this is local to NYC as a result of Abbott's actions. I'm pissed off at Biden for not making it harder to file for asylum. But I was also pissed off at Trump for doing the same thing.

You don’t get to change the question because you don’t like the answer

Just btw that’s not what the court has ruled, it struck down the halt to an injunction while the case is still pending, but that’s beside the point you’re just shifting the conversation

Your first mistake is that this is not an asylum issue at all this is just a border invasion plain and simple

Joe Biden inherited the lowest rate of illegal immigration in 45 years. He then intentionally caused the border crisis by making 3 deliberate decisions:

1️⃣ Halting construction of the border wall.

2️⃣ Reinstating catch and release.

3️⃣ Ending the Remain in Mexico agreement.

Yeah shitlibs in NYC and Chicago thought they can pass laws to stick it to Trump while they’ll never have to live with the consequences of it once Abbot forced them to live with it they cry foul, aim your tears and the shitlibs to stop these crazy treasonous laws

No I'm not. SOCTUS ruled setting up the razor wires and stopping Border Agents was illegal. Not changing the question. TX is welcome to implement new policies that won't violate Federal Immigration laws.
