Honestly, I feel you. That kind of instance wasn't too bad for me since I live in the area, but an inconvenience for others that don't have that luxury.

Reviews I've read make me think she's pretty reliable. If she's occupied then I may have to wait 30 minutes or so and if that doesn't work then there's always her roomie, Szia, or who ever else is around.. lol

So an appointment is a set agreed upon time. Not an approximate time, not a “hang out for 30 minutes and see someone else”.

There’s a billion providers out there. I won’t see one that can’t understand what an appointment is. Just my personal take.

Agree, but I’ve seen Melanie a few times and have personally never waited more than 5 minutes when I had an appointment. Maybe someone else has had a mixup with her but I don’t think it’s common
