Depends on the PT’s deductible. Lol Not only cheaper but a lot more beneficial.
$ for $ a good massage with concentrated focus on the troubled spot yields more relief than a visit to the PT.
Deep pressure massages work wonders on frozen shoulder / pinched nerve. I just wish I could submit the cost to insurance and out pocket would be picked up by the flex account.
