I once txted Gold to ask for availability from across the street on Main.
As soon as confirmed... walked in 5 mins later and MMS had no idea lol

So yeah... I don't think they are on site anymore

But I think about 2 years ago... 785 MMS took all the calls.

Flip side - I wonder how many calls they have gotten that end up being late or no shows. Time is money, similar to restaurants. Now is it right they do this, not if you are the buyer, but I hear what you are saying. It's tricky.

Totally agree. But I walked in 5 minutes before the appointment time. If I walked in 10 minutes late without calling I would not be upset if they took a walk in ahead of me (as long as they waited 5-10 minutes). But I was neither late nor did I call to say I would be. AND.....she told me what happened. When he walked in (20 minutes prior to my appt time) they asked "did you call" and he said "yes". They SHOULD have asked him for his name or number to confirm. They didn't. They assumed it was me. He lied and they did not verify. When I do a walk in and they ask me if I call I always tell the truth and say no. Then they will say "ok, can you wait or come back or xxxx is free for you". If I have to walk because they are waiting on an appt, I walk. This guy lied and they didn't verify. As it turned out, I only had to wait 20 minutes as she said, and I was there to see a specific provider that I had heard good things about. Otherwise I would have gone elsewhere or home. She did apologize and the session was good (but not as good if it was not a back to back for her).

Not a fan of the back to back stuff either. The providers get rushed and next thing you know there's a pube in your mouth as you're leaving and you remember the provider is shaved.

One time at Jin Spa I had an appointment and when I got there a new girl just took someone into the room and he undressed and she told me to come back in an hour and I was pissed. Lisa showed up and went into the room and had the guy dress and leave because he lied about calling. I knew Lisa a long time before she opened her business and she did the right thing.

We're all irredeemable degenerates but you gotta draw the line at taking someone else's appointment. It's the last bastion of civility for us. All that separates us from the animals.

yup they don't care. they got their slot filled with income. I get it, but it's a bad business practice. All they needed to do was confirm. They knew my name and when I called. Just say "what is your name" and if he guesses wrong they say "sorry, another customer has an appt, come back later". Instead, I had to wait (i could have walked but had the time and really wanted to try this provider) and while it was only 20 minutes, it did sour the session a little bit plus the fact that I hate being #2 in a back to back without the provider having a chance to rest her hands. Unfortunately, if you complain to the MMS about this most of the time they won't understand as all they see are $$.

I knew I was going to be in central jersey last week and made an appointment for my ATF. I had texted 2 days earlier to make sure I was able to get my her. I’m on my way to the spa and I got a text asking if I was still going to be there at my appointment time. I replied yes and I’ll be there in about 10-15 minutes. I get a text back saying “okay”.
I walked in about a minute before my appointment and mms greeted me with a big hug and kiss and brought me to the room. Asked if I wanted a shower(standing by myself),but I asked for a TS, I had handed the HF and started to get undressed. MMS returned with my change and brought me to the shower room, she then reluctantly gave me the TS but she didn’t act like she was mad for doing it. I’m about ten or more minutes into my hour and we are back in the room and she says that my ATF will be in about 5 minutes. So mms starts the massage, she was probably the best massage I’ve ever gotten at any amp before. But 5 minutes really was 20 minutes, if the massage wasn’t so good I would have been pissed. I’m just about to say what the hell as my fav walked into the room.
She apologized profusely and totally made up for the lost time. She spent the rest of my time ensuring that I would leave there with the biggest smile on my face. Mission accomplished. This is why I keep seeing her, customer service and attention to detail.
But I believe that the text I received earlier was because someone had shown up 15 minutes before my appointment and pretty much stole my spot.
There’s no review since I’ve reviewed her in the past. And the spa doesn’t really like the attention.
