Yeah, privacy and the guy up front are definite issues with this place. I'm not familiar with Cindy, she must be new. It seems like your experience is consistent with the changes made since new management. This was a generous tip for a TM.

It's a solid strategy but considering he's not recommending a return visit, don't think this is the case in this instance. Not sure if that strategy would work here with their current lineup of workers and new ownership but if anyone has had luck let's hear it. Would be nice to have a local option.
