This may sound strange to ask but it is only out of curiosity. Do you know of providers who have passed away? What were the causes? A provider once told me about a working girl who unfortunately spends her money on drugs and has had a couple overdoses sadly. I’m assuming that has to be the leading cause of death among providers considering the big flow of cash. Any thoughts on this?

A lot of these women go into this thinking it’s going to be fast easy cash. Most of the time they are hoed out from agent to agent or best by a pimp. Most don’t think that shit exist anymore but it does. A lot are forced into drugs and also sell for drugs for who they work for as well. They are mentally abused and physically as well most are raped each day and the scars run deep. They turn to drugs or suicide to escape the misery. For us this is a hobby and pleasure for them it’s a misery and way to survive regardless of it being for money or life due to being forced into it.
just like dancers it’s not every single one. If you go on STG you can obviously see many who are desperate or may be doing it for money for drugs or for a pimp. The higher the price, usually but not always means less exploitation. It’s not easy what they do but some have no direction or skills to do something else. Just like dealing, it’s not the safest occupation but since there is a market there will always be people who will try and make a buck. If you’re really feeling guilty about your hobby, try and seek out a higher end provider. Your soul may feel better but your wallet won’t
I’ve only gone to amps as the hotel setups seem much more risky with busts, reports of scams, drug users and in your face pimping.
To me the “these amp girls make a killing” seems naive as I’m sure there’s fees that erode their take and they are likely squeezed like sharecroppers or company housing residents of old.
In amps I haven’t seen anyone wired or hopped up or visibly drunk- all seem to be mentally alert. Some ability to think quick must be essential to earning and staying safe in their demanding jobs. Not saying they’re all in a happy place, but most I’ve seem to have found some sort of balance to be able to send money home and tough it out.
Years ago I did see one girl that seemed like she didn’t know geographically where she was (seemed fob and no idea what New Jersey was and let alone that she was in cedar grove) , i was disturbed and decided not to go back . Place was shut within a week for one of the rare trafficking charges that I think stuck.
I’ve seen girls at other places seeming to have levels of independence, leaving at closing, heading to the train, talking about shopping and family. But I’m not going to fast houses . There’s got to be a spectrum of experiences and unhappiness and rewards
