I was going to try this out last year but got totally spooked the minute drove into the lot. 2 different drug dealers immediately flagging me down, some guy standing by the front door staring at me, drove around the building and various people just stop and stare - it was very odd and way too much attention, not sure if my car stood out or what, but way too much oddity for my liking. I see some have explored with success and that's cool, but I can easily see how you can walk into a trap at this place.

That sounds like a crazy experience! That location does have a bit of activity, both LE and the kind described above, which is why I never go there. This crew does use other locations that are more discreet.
