Best theraputic massage is at BCT (Body Care Therrapy, Scotch Plains, NJ). Run by Mandy who trains every girl that works there. Fresh sheet for every customer, 1 hour starts after the TS, and everyone leaves relaxed and "happy".
There is nothing close to this in Philly, highly review place in Central NJ section.
Reflexology in Bala and Ardmore are probably as close as any in this area. Even the R&T places in Philly skimp on the massage and spend more time on the "happy". QQ might be the closest to theraputic. I can't comment on massage only places.
