I’ve traveled for the last 20+ years. I’ll give my top 3 for Asian, and Caucasian/Latin.
1) Angeles City for cost, English speaking and sweetness.
2) Phnom Penh for cost and Asian variety, of Cambodian, Thai, Chinese and Vietnamese.
3) Singapore for Asian variety of all of the above, as well as Indian, Indonesian and Malaysian.
1) Darmstadt Germany, Sharks FKK, relatively cheap in comparison to other FKK’s and within a 30 minute ride to Frankfurt Redlight.
2) Sosua, DR for cost and skinny Hatiana and Dominicana’s. A 5 day trip flight, hotel, whores, food and beer can be had for $1500
3) Hotel Del Rey San Jose Costa Rica, it’s like a smorgasbord of Latin looks, with dark, light, blonde, black and everything in between. Higher cost than DR, but it won’t break the bank. There’s another lesser known bar called Club Pirata that has rooms upstairs to take the girl for 1/2 hour (7 years ago, it was $60 all in)

Dollar for dollar, length of flight, not many ladyboys, overall cost and plenty of variety....It's gotta be CR / Del Rey / Key Largo / Sportsman. It's all you need, 3 hot spots within a few steps of each other, gorgeous Latina's from all over Central America and a great (tica friendly) hotels in same vicinity. Not to mention pretty decent breakfast buffets! BUT, never been to Thailand....you'd need at least a week to recover given that flight and jet lag, etc.
