I still don’t understand why we continue to discuss/review FS providers on this board.
With that written and to answer your question the only providers I have known to answer their calls were the ones that had a handler to make their appointments. Or the ones I used to call before cell phones.
Who the hell wants to talk to anyone anyways. Besides think about how many calls they get and the types of conversations involved. Best to use text or email at first.
