Debating whether to go there. Hamburg is located in Berks County. The DA in this county has raided all but a couple of spas. They are legit or only DIY. This area is dead. What I'm trying to say is the type of service this place offers will probability determine how long this place will be in business in this county. BE CAREFUL.

Being careful is good advice. But the chance of your being caught up in a raid is almost always extremely small. Let's say you think there's a 50% chance a place will be raided in the next 3 weeks. (It would be an extremely rare situation where the chance would be greater than 50%.) That's about 3 x 7 x 12 = 252 hours the spa will be open in the next 3 weeks. Your chance of being there at the time of the raid AND being in a compromised position are about 1-in-252. But since we're assuming just a 50% chance that the raid will happen in that time period, that makes it 1-in-500ish. In reality, it's unlikely to be more than 1-in-a-thousand, even for the most precarious spas.

This makes a lot of sense. I wish the chance would be 1 in ∞ and it could happen if only we could get some of the ridiculous laws changed. Unfortunately I don't see that happening any time soon so we have to put up with what we have for now. In the mean time, I think we should be discreet with all of the comments and reviews.

The problem is politicians. They call everything "human trafficking". Then they bust the spas and tell the good citizens that they saved these poor girls by arresting them, taking away their source of income and (maybe) deporting them. In reality, the girls are just supporting themselves and sending money back to their families. In Koran culture, sex work carries much less stigma. The girls choose to work in the spas and are free to quit any time. End of rant-

The chance of anyone being caught in a compromising position is virtually nil, even if the raid happens while you’re in a room. “I’m her for a legit massage.” Not like you’re getting a massage in the lobby.

While I agree that the overall chance of being caught in a compromising position is almost nil, if the raid happens while you're at the spa it's far from nil. If LE gets to the room while she is naked with you, "I'm here for a legit massage" isn't going to cut it.

And that is based upon a court precedent somewhere ?

Not sure what you're getting at here. I am generally naked during any legitimate massage. There is no law against that. Only sexual services. While I'm sure a raid is going to be a harrowing experience, unless you are engaged in a sex act when they enter your room I can't see how you'd be busted. There is just no way to prove that you received sexual services unless they witness it or one of you tells them.

He's saying it wouldn't be a good look if the cops rush in and the masseuse and you are both naked in the same room. It mght not be a closed case and a decent lawyer could certainly make a solid argument, but it's not the type of situation any of us want to be in I would imagine

So basically when a raid happens, they haul out all the clients and interview them separately, they will try to get a guy to admit he did something illegal to help solidify their case against the spa. In rare cases they leak the names of the clients arrested but that usually happens in small towns where everyone knows your business.if they have no evidence that can't arrest you, so stay calm and deny any illegal action happened. The girls will not put their clients and have no proof. So take your used raincoat with you so you won't leave dna behind. Wjen cops raid a spa they get a search warrant and look for cash, used condoms or anything else proving there was pay for sex there. The cases usually don't hold up because it's hard to prove if a spa is good at their security protocols. Furthermore almost all raids happen when they send an undercover in for a massage and they get offered more, most good spas don't just offer anything out in the open or anything that could be heard from a hidden mic tucked in a guys clothing in the corner at least in all of my FS massages the word sex never came up, it was hand gestures and finger counting so as far as I am concerned there is no evidence

What you said is very good information. I wanted to add that from my experience, it's always best if there is no talk about money at all and you just tip accordingly before or after the massage. I wish more of the spas would adopt this kind of thinking and it would make it way harder for LE to ever prove anything. I've been to many spas where I just paid the house fee, got a massage and had some fun, and tipped accordingly. There is nothing illegal about two (or three lol) consenting adults having some fun. I've had some providers ask for money but I don't like that at all. They should know that it can cause legal issues. Some of the best AMP girls I know never ask an amount. They just go by judge of character and if someone isn't a complete asshole, they know that they'll get treated fairly.
