How do you know when a spa is likely to offer HE?

I'm mostly looking for a good massage first followed by a nice HE, and some more massage (so technically not a HE, more like a happy middle) - anyway, I just look on google for highly rated spas and figure, if they have good reviews, don't have a great website, charge $60/h, I might be onto something :)
Like Just Relax Spa (717 Walnut) or Smooth Sunshine Spa (133 S 8th ) - no reviews on here nor elsewhere. Should I try and TOFTT? What do you guys think...

I find that a lot of places just offering HE don’t offer good massage & vice versa.

You’re lucky because you really don’t know- so it will be a true surprise to TOFT & see what happens.

Plus, would you really be that mad if you go 1 for 2 and get a good massage?

If you go 0 for 2… (bad massage and no HE) tip accordingly and don’t go back.

Also, have a back-up spot in mind that is a sure thing for either/or so you can hit a secondary session after to scratch either itch if it’s not successful.
