Probably. But let's not pretend 40th is one such place. It was an anomaly of an area where sex was being offered in public, not in semi-secret like your typical hidden amp.
And there's too many websites like this, in many languages, that it's almost pointless to protect our spots. That said, I do my best unless the place fucking sucks or is a rip-off. Then I have no problem posting full info and out them on blast.

40th rd is the perfect example of something that wasn't an issue until it was. Does anyone think police were ignorant of 40th until a few weeks ago when someone stumbled on to a review site? No. 40th has been around for as long as I can remember and it was largely out in the open. Cops knew, cops frequented, they didn't care.
What's happening on 40th is it's no longer the slum of Main Street, I was down there a while back, there are some nice classy looking establishments down the block. I'm sure they aren't happy with sex trade happening outside their door. Either their complaints sparked media attention or media attention sparked their complaints, whatever that leads to people forcing cops to "do something" about it.
I'm not saying Police never use sites like this one, but I don't think just because we talk about something here that's a major determination in what spas get raided. I think a bigger issue is what spas draw attention to themselves IRL.

You “don’t feel” you revealed too much and I guess I agree but if the theory that the boards are a primary source of info for law enforcement and badly behaved mongers is true, you just gave notice that some girls did not have the sense or did not get the memo to relocate and are waiting there to get arrested or taken advantage of. Shit is unreal in all honesty
the Ford Explorer is at the top of the block with the lights on and there are grannies literally talking to guys across the street from it
a few doors up there's some middle aged chicks in pairs, none are near the LIRR side but at the corner for Main St. there were at least 5, 2 younger decent looking chicks and more grannies across the street.
I cracked up when I saw one walking behind this Hispanic guy on Main in her white down coat as she nodded if he wanted to go across the street with him, which led me to believe maybe this is one of the infamous chicks that you guys said works out of an apt. now.
