40th rd has been under construction and has netting around it..
There are a few on Roosevelt along there but nothing that will make partake.
I saw one monger pulled from the street by an average older lady.
I checked out the places on the south side of roosevelt and very old and not attractive..

I passed by 40th Rd early yesterday morning - approx 6am -- and there were 3-4 ladies walking around. The familiar long white coat was there. Too risky to stop by and surprised to see anyone out there.
