I feel a good starting point is price. Services offered are what you pay for and most of these places a priced similarly. How good they are at performing it is a different story.
The few times I have gone to houses generally had girls that were younger than me, which is a rare thing for me to come by. The service was pretty good with everything being included. These were chinese exclusive places which I had help getting in and priced at the higher end.
The non-chinese exclusive houses I have gone to a few times were mostly average. You get about the same as other AMP priced 1.4-1.8.
