Any one of you had your appointment messed up at EPM?

I made an appointment few days ago, and when I did not get a message with 10 mins to appointment was told that I can choose to pick another girl or wait.. not sure why this happened after confirmation. Especially when you do not live in center City.. you drive and end up in this kind of situation feels shitty.
I deserved at least a sincere apology...

Not sure any of you ever had such experience? And what did you do then?

EPM isn't the only game in town--you can take your business elsewhere if you don't feel valued as a customer. But stuff happens, something must've come up.

I mean ive been canceled a few time throughout the years.. never asked why cause chances are the reason will always be “not feeling good” and as for VIP taking your spot I highly doubt they will do that.. I mean I use EPM alot and I mean alot.. at one stretch I will visit them once a week sometimes twice.. point is sometimes my desire appointment will not be available and never did they “bump” me into another mongers appointment...

Until next open slot 2.30 hours later or go with other person.
I believe some confusion happened, either I booked too many days ahead. I never had problems before when I used to ask a day or two before.

My guess is it may have been a language barrier (miscommunication). So call them and let them know and I’m sure they will work something out with you.

When I schedule my appt one or more days in advance, I always request confirmation on the morning of my scheduled appt.

Before I hit the road for my scheduled appt I need confirmation to put my mind at ease. I prepare myself to be completely mentally relaxed for an enjoyable experience. The only thing on my mind is pussy 2 hours before my session.

No issues with any of my appts at any AAMP style agency after my morning confirmation request.

Never been bumped or a cancellation. And rarely have had to wait. And in those instances start time was extended.

Once years ago i booked with the beautiful shia...i was on the train and i got a call that she was not feeling well etc and asked if i could come by the next day...i was given the option for another girl but declined and said i would wait and see her the next day...i was not pleased about it but the following afternoon shia made up with it with an amazing session...never since then though

Maybe accept the epm's greatest promise of keeping appointments and look at it in positive approach and think positive on next appointment? I am optimistic they served their appointments 99.99 % of the time on time and may have ooped 0.01%.

Yes happened to me I waited outside then they contacted me back and said she can’t see me. It sucked. . Never made it up to me

i had my 1st appt with epm yesterday, arrived 30 mins early and texted to let them know i was early, and nothing until a few mins before my meeting time, i seen this post the other day and hoped it wasnt happening to me, as i had it happen to me before with other places.... but no worries within 5 mins i went from shock to happy....really happy because i needed to pee.... traffic on the Schuylkill was alittle rough coming down ..... anyways, i have dealt with a few agency's and epm was quick and proper with me being a new client. very happy
