My friend took his life a few years ago. He always had mental health issues but I think this pushed him over the top.

Edit: It was some woman from overseas that said she'd come visit him if he paid her way, then after one payment it was "oh my boss wants more money", "oh my flight was canceled" "oh, my kid is sick" and he just kept on giving... It was clearly some kind of organized stunt. smh R.I.P. old pal

I get emails like that on my smut account. They try to befriend you first by sending daily letters and pics. After I get tired of them I ask for their address so I can visit them, always gets rid of them.

I honestly wish there was a list of numbers we can have as a list of ones not to contact, so this clown gets his just due, or whoever the guy threatening people is.

When this scam started happening years ago, first I was sent a picture of a house in a field in country ass Alabama bc that was the address associated w the last person who had my phone number with the message "my cartel guys are outside your place with guns" and I laughed immediately. Go into country ass Alabama and try shooting up a redneck's home... see how that works out. Next the decapitated head pics were sent, and then the guy with a bad accent who sounded very very inebriated called and I laughed at him too. Nice try. That's almost as good as "we've hacked your web cam and contacts list, give us bitcoin or we'll send video of you jerking off to everyone on the contact list". There are several subs about this topic. The issue with posting numbers is that they will always change.
