Great quality here, some cost the same or more than in NYC. Besides you need an extra Ben or more to cover parking, tolls and gas. Not to mention 2 hours travel time each way.
EPM (4 choices usually), CP (1 or 2 choices), Fawn and your choice of a few AMP's. Depending on where you live, you can hit up one of the top suburban APM''s on the way home, (HH, Yun, and 309 in PA, or DDD in South Jersey.
Me, I'd spread out the 4 or 5 visits for a two week period.

I understand spreading, but I've always wanted to give this a try to im gonna go for it. Its to bad MBV in jeresy isn't a little closer cause for the price they are hard to beat. Plus like @Mr.chan said about a pornstar, at MBV you can a pornstar for 1/3 of the price he got one for, although maybe not as famous as he got depending on who he had. NYC would be fun but like @Wayne1250 said the cost of getting there would be to much on top.
Personally, for me, quality is better in NYC. I believe the c-girls in NYC > than k-girls, on average. Again everyone has their certain tastes but I assume If you’re going to a place like EPM, you want some sort of GFE/PSE(I don’t mean Greek). I’ve had some of my wildest sessions in NYC and i didn’t even have to pay extra persay, it was just their service. I was thinking of how to word it, and simply, I would say they have a great illusion of being super horny. I have experienced and read reviews of kgirls often just going through the motions, I feel that’s less likely in NYC.

Now your making me rethink NYC. I haven't really any experience there as I've pretty much stick to philly since i travel there a lot for work. I'd be willing to go NYC but would need to study up on where to go and such. I guess i do have a lot of time these days lol! Btw @TheRiceGuy if you have a nyc greek recommendation please let me know. I've been looking for one for awhile. Had Juile in philly and wasn't impressed with her at all.
Wayne1250 is correct—the quality of girls and service between NYC and Philly are the same. I find EPM better than most of the amps in NYC.
Also, the time to commute to NYC and with parking, gas, tolls, it’s too consuming.
If I wanted to burn $1,000 and I live in Philly, I would hit up EPM four times within a week.
