Hello All Experts
Do they have a block on new customers or just depends on the mood of the operator and the traffic? When I called to pull the trigger the operator said they are not ready for new guests!

3 possibilities: (1)you have been blacklisted by other agencies and they heard about it but do not want to share that information, (2) they are evaluating client intake or other business procedures and so put new intakes on hold, or more likely, (3) she was being completely truthful.

Just try back in a month.

My best tip for that. Try during a slow peak period. Rainy days are great as well as very cold ones like the past few days. Weekends early am appointment too.

Great advice, @Michaelinqueens. I’ve definitely found it easier to get in places (or get your preferred provider) when you go on foul weather days.
