Do providers reset their client contacts? (DDY,NYCSE)

All of the sudden I need to re-verify my info for shangrila, DDY and NYCSE with a valid id/linkedin, no referral accepted, while kovergirls, ppc and other ones are still available.

Do they reset client contacts regularly? I went to NYCSE last years (less than 3 months ago). Anyone know? I don't feel like sending out my ID card again.
