I only went once to a Latin house in Queens when I was in my 20’s and remember it being a lot of fun, albeit quick fun. The girl was thick and sexy but the overall setup was a little scummy when I think back (in terms of mongers all hanging around waiting). I’m Not exactly sure what you mean by reliable, but the girl I saw did the alcohol spray and popped a condom on. I honestly don’t recall if it was bbbj or covered, she just did it long enough to get me ready.
FHs suck. Even if the girls are attractive, a big if and usually not the case, they put zero effort into it and just complain about size or how long you're taking. Add to that the questionable cleanliness of most FHs, there is really no reason to go to one. I know I won't. If you pay for an hour, you get 15 minutes. If you pay for a half hour, you get 10 minutes. If you pay for 15 minutes, you get 5.
If you know what you're getting when you go in, it can be good. Sometimes you might find a diamond-in-the-rough at one of those, ie. a girl who reminds you of an ex you had back in the day or one that got away or something like that. Other than that, it's equivalent to JO, and JO you can do at home and spend no money
