I was here a while back, and never got pass the first floor. The line of horndogs was 8 people waiting list. I was there for 15min waiting, and felt like at any moment LEO would bust in the door. So I walked out, lucky for me I paid nothing for entrance fee, at least not until you reach the second floor.I heard there are some fine women there and the prices are really affordable. Is a quick quick there loads of traffic.
There is virtually no other reason I can justify waiting in a line with 8 other random Men in a residential house, except for illegal gambling den which has even worse charges

Their current setup is a recipe for drama. What if two guys who are rival gang members or mortal enemies see one another? They may not come in with a glock but they could rumble cause noise and the neighbors will call LEO. Or one of the guys may be an informant and snitch on the other violating probation/parole. This place gets mixed in the middle, the snitch catches a break on his pending indictment in exchange for Intel about the DAs target, his whereabouts.
DA then uses probable cause because assailant A frequents CDP X. If many of these guys Manning the establishment are involved in other criminal activities or enterprises that makes it all the easier to get a search warrant.
Pablito Junior trying to stay out of Juvie and get off house arrest could very well be looking out the window blinds giving information in exchange for leniency.
Literally hundreds of possibilities. Going to a place like this is asking to get caught up in serious complications you would never even have dreamed of.
And no this is not from watching too much Law and Order SVU... I have many relatives on the wrong side of the law.

Name a neighborhood. Note I grew up and took the Queens trains from 93-95 heavy. In 93 virtually any neighborhood shit would pop off.
Dudes used to have to be nice with the knuckle game or your shearling or jansport was getting taken. Or dudes would slash you. The hammer would come out and play but not always.
Since then NYC has been gentrified. Especially Manhattan and Brooklyn, also Queens. I can't think of any hoods left in Queens except the two I mentioned. By all means lemme know which hood I forgot about.

Bad area? No, it's not. It's Queens, not better or worse than most parts. I spend a fair bit of time in that general area and have no dread walking there day or evening.
Completely understand different preferences, but I don't see this place as any worse than some of the Flushing streets and alleys I walked through looking for fun with a woman. If I had to pick one, I'd actually say I'm a bit more comfortable in this area because I can converse in rudimentary Spanish. Some of the comments about the area are rubbish.
This is not a high end place, neither is anything in FL. Is a bust possible, sure. But so are they in Corona or Flushing. Didn't one woman die connected with a police thing in FL last year?
