the news reports say this place was specifically targeted and that other spas in Winchester are not under investigation. This makes me think someone made a big stink about this spa and filed a complaint against this specific location which forces the police to look into the complaint. The location of this spa is also in “old town” Winchester in the heart of the city. A dumb location to open up a spa that offers extras.
