FH meaning?

I'm a new monger so please excuse my ignorance:
I went down into the FH on canal street (I want to say in the 90's) and ultimately took a pass. I was quoted a house fee for 20 minutes and there was a two girl line up amd the atmosphere and girls were not to my liking.
Here's the question: Correct to assume that all of the extras have to then be negotiated one on one with the girls just like an AMP or is the appeal of the FH that everything is included in the house fee? I'm assuming that its the former.
