I don't think any of the current mods have any power to rename or add new forum sections. They can only approve or reject reviews. Not sure who has/had that power but I guess they're not around anymore?

I only found out about Highspire about a month before it got raided because I didn't know Highspire was in central pa. If there was a central pa section, it would've been a lot easier. But excuse me for trying to improve the site for removing a Monroeville section that is absolutely useless. Apparently I'm incompetent because I didn't think to search for a town I didn't know was in Central PA.
