Looks like the Kraft case is falling apart. Kraft and 25 other defendents are refusing to plea.
Spa owners are legitimate, licensed business operators and there is zero evidence of any trafficking.
Surveillance cameras may have been installed illegally, traffic stops of patrons leaving spa also of questionable legality.
Video footage lacks audio, etc.. Cases will most likely all be dismissed.

Yes but for a non celebrity spa user the damage has already been done. He has been seen by his employer and family as attending what they consider illegal business. This exposure could cause job losses & divorces, etc. I think this is really the goal of all these prosecutions. The prosecuetors know well that legal cases against the spas are always difficult. The patron can always claim that any sexual activity was spur of the moment consensual activity that is completely between himself and a provider. The tip was for excellent massage and service only... As long as the provider does not contradict him, I think it wold be very hard to prove criminal intent...

Have any busts in NYC ever resulted in a similar amount of mongers getting prosecuted?

Game is not over because prosecutors shitted their pants spending thousands or millions of our dollars over a minor hobby. They are incompetent in Cost-Benefit Analysis (cba)! They do not care about We The People, Justice, and CBA just to sharpen their names.

How is a customer gonna get caught? One way is if he incriminates himself jabbering/explaining to police; Shut the F Up! A second way would be for the provider to be an undercover cop. Cops do this with internet ads luring guys to hotel rooms wired for sound and video with a female cop posing as a hooker, but how could that happen with an AMP? Is an undercover cop gonna convince the mamasan that she is really a chinese chick fresh off the boat? I don't think so. A third way would be sneaking cameras into the spa like the Kraft case. That is very easy to combat---the spa owners gotta check their facilities, esp. if any strangers had access.

Just my two cents, so to speak. I do not post to sites like this often, keeping my activities between myself and the provider. I will post now and again on different sites mainly to return the favor for information I pick up. Since I have a provider in NYC I see nearly exclusively, I do not browse nearly as much as I did. I note this as some members feel if your review count is low, or you do not comment, you don't know what you are talking about.

I have been playing for over 25 years now, I play it safe, and I look for signs of trouble. I stay away from incalls that are not parlors/store fronts, don't need to risk getting taped being stupid. When I go to a new place, I see if there are reviews for the location, I look at the room carefully, and look for signs of trouble. Mirrors in the room that don't look right, stuff like that. I walked away more than once due to my "sixth sense" (which we all have) feeling the situation was all wrong. All locations have cameras for the doors, hallways, etc. I went to a place in Tampa with a camera in the shower - called it a day as soon as I saw that.

Most of us are "small fry's" in the huge pond that is NYC. Unless there is a raid, most of us are not worth the hassle.

Just my opinion...be safe, have fun, and let your big head rule the situation. The human trafficking situation has lead to more enforcement. I know that, we all know that. If it seems like trafficking, then walk away. If there is no business at these places, then they close.

I hope spa owners/managers will start purchasing camera detectors and use it everyday!
But then you'll stop the many times a monger films his session at one of his many places!! lol

I always try to inform the girls about what to look for when checking for "hidden camera eyes" on certain things. I know you can't stop them all but you can at least stop some.

My favorite provider LHAO everytime a customer is looking around when they come in. She asks WTF, and they say they are looking for cameras I am surprised she doesn't pee she laughs so hard.
