Do the girls get anything from the HF? On the flipside, do the girls have to split tip with the house? I wonder how much $ the owners and workers are making on a daily basis.

I have heard differing stories. Generally, the house get all of or the bulk of the HF, and the girl keeps all of the tip. What complicates is if the girls has to pay for accommodations etc.

Generally, if the place is just standard service, the girl gets a cut of the house fee and keeps the entire tip. If the place is fs, house keeps the entire hf and girl keeps the tip.

We will never know the truth because we have different stories. Bottom line is, why wondering whether the providers split their tips to their bosses/owners? I attend parlors for specific consideration, nothing else.

Varies spa to spa. And whether it is Chinese or Korean. Chinese spas often give girls part of house fee. Koreans, generally not. Both keep their tips.

and some places the providers give a healthy percentage of tips to the management, get none of the house fee and are working off the costs associated with bringing them to the US. Often in those cases, food and accommodations are not charged to the providers, they sort of live in the back room like a commune.

The spa business is definitely regulated by the powers that be. Why do all spas have the same fee structure , and there is never any deviation that would cause a price war? It appears to me that Spa owners must follow the program .........or else!

I think it is less controlled by organized crime than you would imagine. The typical owner starts as a provider and reinvests the earnings into her own spa. The start up costs are small enough that she does not need extraneous money. It’s really no different than a guy with a dream working in an auto shop and one day opening his own shop.

Some of the smart money ends up buying into a Manhattan high rise. Sadly, too much of the rest of the money ends up frittered away in some casino, where organized crime truly exists.

More like the Kkangpae (Korean: 깡패). Basically similar to the snakeheads or coyotes. Workers pay off the cost of bringing them to America and receive room and board, such as it is, which they also pay a fee for, out of what they earn in tips.

I understand it is a discussion. I am stating my opinion. Why worry what they earn including percentages or whatever? Go there, get a service, pay for it, and it is over.
I think it's pretty natural to wonder about the split. You talk about it like it's going to a car wash. Don't you ever feel any rapport with a provider? If so, wouldn't you'd like to think she's making some decent money from this? Asking who gets what is a natural outcome of that.

I asked many different trusted providers and received different stories in the PA/DE area. Then, I asked the same questions with the NY providers and still received different answers. I have rapports with them and it boils down to We will never know the truth until we are providers for their bosses or get inside the inner circle. That is why I said why worry about their incomes? If they earn equivalent or less than McDonald’s bi-weekly paychecks, they won’t provide services.
