HoLEP surgery

My urologist has prescribed Uroxatral and Cialis for my enlarged prostate. Been on the Uroxatral for almost 3 years, and Cialis for over a year now. Lately, it hasn’t been as effective as it used to be. At a recent appointment my doctor recommended the HoLEP procedure. I’d be interested in hearing from anyone who’s had this procedure, and how it’s worked out for them. Oh, the joys of getting older!

I'm right there with you but avoiding a urologist for now. My primary started me with Flomax which wasn't working well after a year. Switched to Cialis which worked for me better and with better side effects lol. After a year I found Cialis (Tadalafil) 2x a day worked much better than 1 for frequent urination, that's when he made me see the urologist to approve. Camera up the dick, made me pee all over myself, then starts talking about procedures. Zero info of findings post scoping so I presume there's nothing to tell. I don't trust them, men get enlarged prostates. It's normal. I order my Tadalafil from ZipHealth online now but you have to say it's just for ED. Around $1. /5mg. Been a very good decision.
