Very brave of you to share such a deeply personal story.
My story is pretty similar. Two things made it worse. A) Having an inherited degenerative neurological disorder. B) Having a narcissistic sociopathic mother that put me off of women.
What saved me was having friends that attracted women like magnets, without having any of the 'usuals'; no jacked physique, no big bankroll, no exceptional looks or talents.
I watched and listened.
I won't spout platitudes or brain-dead optimism. It's going to be a lot of work if that's your goal. But it is doable. The success in your professional life gives you a head start and a model to follow for building skills to succeed in your personal life.
Try getting out of Man Jose for a while and take a vacation to somewhere where your talents will be appreciated to boost your confidence, which is where it all begins.
I'd suggest Romania/Moldova for starters, see my previous threads on that subject as to why that would be my first pick.

Going through undergraduate Computer Science was really tough. I spend endless nights studying and I didn't have much time for romance. Being a backend developer in the Bay Area means you have to be somewhat a world class developer and you bet your ass I worked my ass off. It was hell and damaged my mental health so much. You bet your ass I cried because I didn't know how to merge sort two sorted linked list.
I remembered when I took a liberal arts class as part of my requirements and I tried to talk to this beautiful blonde girl and got rejected so bad.
People think being a developer is so great but in reality I get instant messaged so often that I am drown with anxiety. When I am in a room full of people I get so anxious and nervous. I am deeply ashamed that I am 30 years old and never had a girlfriend and that the only girls I taken dates on were providers.
My favorite text editor is neovim and I enjoy reading financial reports on my free time.
