Perfect storm of BP not there so not as easy to post and get clients or for Indy’s to easily jump in the game, leaving the only websites that are well-known and aren’t shitty (Eros and slixa) being already the highest existing price points and a bit taking advantage of them holding the pricing power without a single open marketplace like BP
The hunt is definitely harder but there are still many good indys. You always needed to put in an effort to find girls who aren't high-volume.
From what I see, the $200 to 250 girls are still there - you'll find them on adultsearch and cityguide. It appears that Lears and girls who worked at GC are always available if that's what you're looking for. There are plenty of reviews of those places so someone must be seeing them.
My sweet spot is 300 to 350 - independent ladies who aren't seeing 8 guys a day and host in a comfortable spot .It's a little harder to find them but not impossible.
It's the ladies who were charging 400 and were getting business thru TER and EROS who have raised rates in many cases. TER is gone and Eros is dangerous for the ladies (It was raided by the feds and it supplied IDs of the girls who were advertising; some of them were stopped by TSA when travling; they were all added to a federal database of potential traffickers). So those ladies have lost some business and some of the newer girls see others charge 500 and decide to go for it.

Exactly - and many of them need to leave the country sooner than before. In the past, you could take a risk and stay in the country after your visa expired. But today, you could end in jail.
