I too was thinking about going for it. I saw her ad pop up and reached out back in December. She told me her rates, 200hh and 300hr. "No Negotiations". The "No Negotiations" statement raised a red flag for me. I had no intention of negotiating. Never had with any provider. But by her putting it out there, I perceived our session would be rushed with a bunch of negative energy and a hand full of "No's" and "That's going to cost extra". So I passed.

And she listed her location(s) in Elmont, Cambria Heights, Queens Village and Jamaica. 4 different neighborhoods. Yet another red flag.
