KD Update

Simply put,
J went to work at KD.
J introduces Y into KD.
J starts to moonlight work off the clock while on the clock with KD.
J tries to get Y to do the same.
Y had 20k she saved before working at KD.
J finds that 20k and steals it from Y.
Y tries to get it back from J.
J admits she took it and then backpedals.
Tries to ghost and dodge calls.
Y asks KD for help.
J says she has a hotel room for working.
KD gets a friend (KDF) pretending to be a client to get a way into intervene in hopes of getting money back.
KDF gets in the door with J.
KDF opens door for Y and KD.
Drama ensues into the Hallway. No way they're unnoticed. They're in a hotel mind you.
Security is called. This is around 1PM.
Cops come. Clearly arrests KD and KDF as they have no reason to be there. Somehow Y is not involved and is not arrested.
J claims KD/KDF robbed her of credit card as that's what they're charged with.
KD being the so smard person decides to out J as a prost that she stole money from Y and for the cops to help make her not do that. Lol.
At one point J starts throwing std allegations at Y and KD on TNA boards causing KD to tell her side of the story.
Fellow monger devil's advocates that J might not be on the up and up especially since she's throwing baseless accusations and Jen shows her true colors.
*Entire time KD has proof/recordings happening so other than double edge sword of prost against J that should be proof she didn't commit Larceny.
Ongoing Conclusion:
Y wants to get 20k back from J so that has nothing to do with KD.
Chances are she's out 20k. This here needs street justice not legal justice. Don't know what KD was thinking she could legally solve that.
KD and KDF have to handle getting arrested for going to a hotel illegally together for allegedly stealing J's credit card.
(which can get dropped since they should have proof they didn't steal anything if it's on video.)
KD needs to also get a prost charge dropped because she decided to open her mouth to the cops about it. Might plead guilty.
J well don't know what's on with her as her profile has all but been nuked of content.

I'll update as I get information if I can. She's not due back in court until next month so it's too early to say.
For real I think ya'll got nothing to worry about as I've explained. I'm hoping both their case gets dismissed.
She's got a personal lawyer for herself so that's a plus but knowing how things go on it might be a few months.

In case some of ya'll still waiting for an update, it'll be a while before anything happens. It's only starting out.
There were different happenings the court side that didn't change anything but the last time they were in court they were to there to plea not guilty.
It's on J to testify here since again the main issue is robbery afaik.
So in other words, it's on J if she's fucking stupid enough to admit in court what she does.

Taking into account all the red tape that comes with trials like jury selection/etc etc.
Going by what I've seen it's possible it will be at least a year before it goes to trial.
This just going by what I've seen or feel is a similar case scenario. This dependent on if the prosecutors feel they have enough to act on it as well.
