Looking on Wednesdays

I have asked this type of question in the past on OWC,but ,even though I expect to be in the area on Wednesday,I would like to try others in the area,namely 648,massage therapy and day spa.
When reading reviews,I never know if the date of review is the actual date of the visit,so does anyone know the usual Wednesday lineups at the 3 places mentioned.
Or a place I could find it.
