When did Governor Wolf sign the bill that finally legalized prostitution?

The story states he was waiting for the prostitute he made arrangements to meet. Making arrangements to pay someone in exchange for sex IS the crime. The email, text or other dialogue between the "hooker" and the "John" constitutes the crime.

You don't text or email negotiating your pay for pussy date then show up and claim "I just wanted to talk to someone".

Guys I am only going through this over explanation to make guys safer. Forewarned is forearmed.

These women don't advertise, "Hi, I'm a prostitute, Come see me." It's almost always an escort sort of ad, from someone who might enjoy sex. Most of them are also careful to not leave a written record of any pre-meetup negotiation of sex-for-money.

Also, if the crime of prostitution were as simple as you say, then why in every bust I read about does the female officer wait for they guy to hand over the money before calling in support and making the arrest?

Her pics look great, but when I got to the incall which was right in center city at one of those section 8 apartments. I got buzzed up. She looked more haggard than her pics. I was horny so I stayed.

Back in the day, I saw a provider in Wilmington, DE who advertised in the newspaper as Modern Massage with a $40 Grand Opening 1 hour special. So I go check it out, in a secure apartment building but the place was really dirty. The provider seemed out of it and kept offering me choices that didn’t exist, like “what kind of music would I like to listen to?” So I tell her and she says “Ok, but the radio is broke.” “Oil or lotion?” I say lotion, she says all she has is oil. That explains why this customer instead of all the others. Even so, when I've gone to the local AMPs, I've seen laundry and kitchens, but no any axes or saws in case they need to dispose of bodies. Sounds like the pimp wanted to be prepared but I can see where stricter screening might hurt business -

No man, I don't agree with leaving it in the car, not in a seedy situation like this. I do agree with trying the extra hundred and hoping it doesn't escalate because it's a lot easier and cheaper. But when someone is enraged and looking to kill I doubt waving a Benjamin in their face will make much of a difference.

There's a reason that the Secret Service carry FN 5.7s instead of just carrying extra hundreds on them.

I'm pretty sure they use 5.7s nowadays but I could be wrong. It's a great cartridge. Yes, I totally agree about the legal ramifications and hope I never wind up in a situation where I would have to use it. Just stating a fact that if my life is on the line and there is no way to escape, I choose to use my right to defend myself.

You're correct, I just searched and most Secret Service use Sig 229s but there is a reference that some use the 5.7s. It is becoming more popular so maybe they're starting to go mainsteam with it.
