That is very interesting info, agree, but I'm going to discipline myself and avoid this one. There's a a HUGE difference of operating a place like Apple in Larkesville/ Plymouth and trying to pull the same business in Mountain Top. Other than the wives club, I swear Mountain Top has the most packed churches in Luzerne Co. There's plenty of money to the be spent by the guys in Mountain Top, so I get the good idea for businesses, but I genuinely think what a dumb community for that. Actually boggles my mind, ha. 15 minutes north or south on 309 would have worked too.
Anywhere in Wilkes-Barre seems safe or Hazleton has no problem.

The chance of being caught in a compromising position during a bust is extremely small. Think about it. Even if you think the bust is going to happen sometime in the next two weeks, that's 14 x 12 = 168 hours of business. (And I'd happily make a large bet that the spa won't be busted in the next two weeks.) 1 in 168 is 0.6%. But the risk is less than that. For you to be implicated, they would have to barge in and catch you in the act. That's probably limited to 45 minutes of your session at most. That lowers the risk to about 0.4%. Less than 1 in 200. My chance of croaking this year is way higher than that.

I'm more worried about being on some Karen's cellphone video. Somebody always knows somebody. "Hey I know him" Then you're screwed.
Yeah, this is the concern we all share. And why I can’t visit ha.

I agree that LE isn’t going to bust this spot in the next 2 weeks or 2 months. And I also agree CS has a spot (though , I think that’s in a more discreet part of CS) and within 5 minutes to Dickson City and Scranton.

I guess my frustration is that I’d love to try a new spot, especially one connected to Apple. I’m pissed they dumbly chose to put this place right in the heart of Mt Top. Near the urgent care, a cafe, hair dresser, etc. No way will a patron go unnoticed by the house moms and religious “do-gooder.” They should have at least tried the shopping center all the way at the north end of mountain top.

Lol, nicely done. But as we’ve mentioned, it’s more getting noticed by people who know people, protecting business reputations, etc. If you have no friends, relatives or connections there, likely no immediate concern. It also depends on the type of traffic. There will be more pressure if the people who don’t exactly fit in that community are noticed coming and going.

Everyone is making valid points. However, we share these risk at most places. My advise for this place, time your visit around busy traffic, nights, Sundays?
Exactly, I'm from the Hazleton area. When I was a Smile regular with Tina I used to go in the morning an hour before official opening time and park against a hill where traffic wouldn't notice my car.
