Pretty sure it’s not a “no massage parlor” ordinance. They passed an ordinance that’s very restrictive, that requires inspections, cleanliness, licenses, background checks, etc. I read the ordinance. That being said, did they pass a new ordinance? Nikki is well aware of the regulations in the ordinance. I doubt she would open a spa unless she was in full compliance.

Yes, I feel they passed it to get more control or perceived control and keep certain contingents pacified. I didn’t have any problems going to Meridian after it was passed. I knew their days were numbered and I liked Meridian and wanted to have some memories before they closed.
Other towns have passed similar ordinances. What if does is create a barrier to entry and ensures the existing business has a monopoly. If Nikki complies and donates to local charities she will be in good shape.

I used to live up that way and would visit Meridian all the time. Does Jennifer still work there? I was told she was the owner's wife but who knows. She was 40s thin, always with a skirt usually in red and hair tied up. A bit too much make up, but a lovely milf and shared several great experiences with her. I have to head up that way in a week or two and was thinking of dropping in for a surprise session.
