So I scheduled a appt with Anna and actually had a very nice visit. The place seems to match a lot of the previous reviews but honestly there was no smell/etc as mentioned. As for Anna... she seems like a very nice person and gave a excellent massage (always a nice surprise). The rest can be sussed out from previous reviews.
