You could try the agency offerings. I personally have not used one in Philly for many years. Since all the add sites are 99% BS I wouldn't trust any of them. I'm sure outcall is alive and well for the right price and place to use (Agency) Or stick with the tried and true AMP's.

Dude hav you never disputed a change? Just login to your bank/credit card, dispute that particular charge, they will have options for Why, pick one that makes sense and submit. You dont have to write stories or call them. Once submitted they'll review and 99% of the time credit it back.
