only AMP by me won't open till july 31
I bet they are already operating. The AMPs around me are starting to open. They are keeping a low profile but they are ready to make money. Appointments only, call when you get there, door gets locked behind you, open sign stays off. I know one provider that is booked solid. Phone is ringing off the hook.

I hope that they all start operating now. This has been such a violation of everyone's rights. If you would've asked me a year ago if this could happen I would've laughed and said you were crazy. Now I realize how fast people will go along with giving up every liberty they were blessed with.

I really feel for these Asian spas. I can't imagine how hard this must have hit them. Please start visiting them as soon as you are able. Also, please register to vote and get rid of this governor!

Do I think we in Pennsylvania did a good job yes. Do I think we still need to be vigilant and careful yes. But it is time to open back up and give workers and business owners their livelihood back. As stated before mist DA'shave stated they will not prosecute those that defy order.
But most spa owners are scared to go against the local authorities.

With over 60% of the deaths in PA due to the virus in nursing homes and long care facilities and over three months since the start of the virus, the governor has decided that it is now necessary to test nursing homes and long care facilities for the virus at least once by July.

Now that is doing a good job?

Sounds like you're on to something.

Wayne, with all due respect, I think this whole COVID thing has been political since day 1. I'm not saying that the virus isn't real but I can see back room meetings where people were planning to use it for their own gain.
Yes, the backroom boys are called republicans (sorry, I had to drop the dime) 110K+dead in 3 months during a lock down-gives one pause

They need to open up .. with all the due precautions like masking, cleaning etc..
Everyone is an expert on suggesting to lock down the business however they dont have any real solution. How long, what is the end game - wait for 2 years when the vaccine arrives only to know that covid-19 has mutated to covid-20 and vaccine is ineffective? ;)
Eventually the virus will get to everyone. Instead of isolating all, locking down business and financially killing all, why not let the ones that are in danger isolate themselves?

All of the data points to only two subsets of society should have been locked down / quarantined: Elderly and chronically ill regardless of age. That's it. As soon as you segregate the deaths from those two groups out of the totals nationwide the figures compare favorably to automobile accidents: 4.4 million injured (affected) and 40,000 deaths. No one is giving up their car, no one!
