Posting Review Etiquette

I would like to post a new Review, but have no idea how to, without someone telling me I'm doing it improper.
I'm assuming you can post a review under "Reviews" and discuss details without actually posting the name of the place?
I posted one review and my hands were slapped.

A review without naming the spa would be worthless.
Spa name, girl's name and date are critical. A brief description of the girl is nice to see. And a summary without going into explicit details usually cuts the mustard.
