Dude.
As an immigrant (albeight long time ago and lucky one) trust me on this.

Life in their home countries aren't easier...... not even comparable.
Try being afraid for your life daily, being raped at militia/corrupt police desire and struggling to find food/shelter, heat your house, afford a pair of shoes.

For a lot of foreigners USA is heaven, even as AMP workers.

With that said legalizing sex work would allow sex workers to enjoy same protections as we all enjoy.
At cost of paying taxes.

Win-win.
You are right, there is some INCOMPREHENSIBLY awful things going on in the world both Yesterday,Today, and Tomorrow, look at Venezuela Today, God help Us, GOOD GRIEF,said Charlie Brown !! :( :(

I will say one more thing. I met some Polaris Project people a few years ago. They had a convention in the hotel I was staying in. They will not even use the word "Prostitution" because it does not fit their agenda. Somehow that word make it seem like a choice.
Sounds like they are suffering from SJW syndrome. They need a reality break. The word they won't use is also known as "the world's oldest profession". As long as
there are men who need sex and women who know that they can make money providing it, it will exist. I have a solution but it wouldn't be popular. Mandate that all men
drink a quart of soy milk everyday and mandate that all women get married so they can not have sex and still get paid.

Do you ever feel sorry for these girls that they have to do what they do and they work seven days a week even on holidays sometimes I have a heart and I really feel bad for them I’m guilty because I go to them but I do feel bad to them sometimes when I think about it but there’s nothing I can do about it I can’t save them
I was in Vietnam and watched bargirls work. They made good money and most of them enjoyed sex and got paid for it. Made so much more than other workers. It’s the same thing here. If they are forced to work it’s a different story. I don’t think I’ve ever seen the ‘kept’ girls working. I once told Pink at ddd that it was my privilege to have her. Her response was No, I am privileged to have you as a client. Made my day.

I don’t know if it is your place in life to “save them” as I really don’t think they are idiots, for the most part. They are not fools which need to be saved or rescued. Some will do this work willing for the money, some will find themselves in a bad position and this is the quickest way to make money … more than working in a restaurant or cleaning houses. Maybe some are doing this against there will, but I would doubt it in such public places. I know a lot of older Brazilian women that do this kind of work and they are supporting their families back in Brazil.

What I do feel sorry about is that these women have to play games with LE. Cheap customers are not a problem as they will know how to deal with a guy that holds a dollar so tight that George Washington screams. This thing down in Florida illustrates the problem and what is truly disgusting about it is that the only reason it gets this kind of attention is because Robert Kraft was arrested and put on display. Most of the guys will be OK. They can fight it in court or pay the outrageous fines, do the John shaming game and get on with their affluent lives. The women have a problem. They are charge with felonies, bail was set at outrageous levels and the system is playing games with them. The guys don’t deserve this and the women don’t deserve this. These women have lives and people they support. Why we do this in this country I will never understand.
It is an issue between two consenting adults. Cannot understand the problem.

I respect them.

Its their chouce. I work crazy hoursn huge steess goverment takes about half of what i am paid. Thouse girls make about the same per hour or lots more (in case of indies) and dont pay taxes.
They are nor in 110F weather swinging hammers.
No i dont feel bad.

I do feel that prostitution must be decriminalized.

But then 30%of US women would either never have a husband or would actually had to lose weight (the travesty )
Good point with the last sentence.

No! Why would I feel sorry?

Your premise seems to be that woman who do massage are being exploited somehow.

Your question, seems to me, is of each and every massage girl!

Ask her! Then you will know the answer! Do you feel sorry! :)

I do feel sorry for these women. I feel sorry for many people in this world. there are so many atrocities going on this world that I would be hard fetched not to worry about those (most) more unfortunate than myself. That being said, I take decent care of myself, I treat most people I meet with kindness and respect and I pay well for services rendered. I do the best I personally can to make the time they spend with me pleasant.

Sure, many of us work long hours. Maybe 7 days a week. Maybe in tough conditions. Maybe low pay.
But how many of us are expected to do do intimate and highly personal actions to men who more often than not are out of shape, unattractive or older? Even worse if the customer is cheap or demeaning and expecting to be pleased in every way. Put yourself in their place. What if you had to go down on a 200lb 60yr old woman who wanted to tip you only $80 for FS? The average provider is much more desirable than the average monger. The average provider probably wouldn't voluntarily touch 80% of their clients, while almost all of us would have no problem getting intimate with any of them.
Yes, they get paid well at times. Probably most are not being forced to do this. But there's no honor in this profession. They can't go to bed at night feeling good about themselves. Can they even admit what they do to their family and friends? They don't need saving, but they probably hate what they are doing to a stronger degree than we hate our jobs. And how many of us would trade places? I do feel bad for them to a degree, knowing that they could choose a different path albeit with limited choices as a foreigner.
Let’s see, who else touches men, doctors, police, barbers, legitimate massage therapist, chiropractors.

I had a similar experience with Sky. After the session she gathered up my clothes and started dressing me. Wouldn't let me helo either. I said, "Sky, you don't have to do that". She said, "my pleasure". I'm thinking WTF, I've never been treated like that.

Not saying that shitty situations don't exist, but (for the most part) that's not what I'm hearing from these girls. Many of them really love and have a lot of pride in their home countries (in East Asia). They routinely go back there on vacation for months at a time. Some show me pics of their house back home, typically they look very modern and nice. In turn, they sometimes disparage the USA for this or that. Some of them claim the USA is backward in terms of technology and convenience. Sometimes I tweak them and ask: If things are so great there, why don't you go back? I usually get a blank stare and mumbling in response.

Overall, I think conditions in East Asia are pretty good compared to other parts of the world (Middle East, Africa, Central America, Venezuela). As far as complaints, one girl's biggest complaints about China was the amount of time she had to spend socializing with co-workers after work. Only one girl I can recall mildly complained about the lack of religious freedom back home. Maybe the most alarming complain I ever heard was from a Vietnamese girl. She told me that the Chinese were taking over her country and that people were routinely "disappearing". Even so, she still went back home for month-long trips at least twice a year. So I guess things were not all that bad.
That is what you see, but only in big cities. Even so, people like an accountant makes only $ 600 US a month. In rural area, jobs just dont exist. Parents have to leave their children behind to go outside trying to make a living. There is even a special term for those kids as "the left behinds". Read this, as simple as a modern toilet can be a privilege (targeted by the government and installed in Chinese rural areas from 2000 to 2015 (NHFPC, 2015, NHFPC, 2016). However, 57 million households do not have their own sanitary toilet, but 40 million of those households among can use a public sanitary toilet. There are 17 million remaining households that still have serious hygiene issues resulting from poor toilets.)

I think the majority of these girls don’t like the job, but from a practical POV, it meets their needs. There are aspects of many jobs that are distasteful, but as long as the bills are being taken care of, we just write it off as an occupational hazard. Same with AMP girls when faced with a cheap or disgusting monger. They look at the big picture. As long as
money is coming in to help them or their families, they can rationalize what they’re doing.

No, I don't feel sorry for them at all. Many of them have the best life they could possibly have. And, they have carved out a happy little niche for themselves here in the States.

The only time I see them upset and angry is when they get stiffed on a tip. They don't even care who they service as long as they get paid. But, stiff them on the tip and that's what upsets them. And, that is something I think we all understand.

They all know what they will be doing when they come to the States. To say they didn't know, they are lying. It might take some a little longer to come to grips with it, but the all knew. Some of the older ones are trying to get their daughters over here to pick up the slack in earnings. Hell, I know one whose daughter was enroute, her daughter is 23 and has two children. Grandma, here in States can't provide for her two daughters one of which has two children so she told her daughter to come over and start working. There are many like this. I'm talking to one now who has a 24 year old, very pretty, who wants me to marry her daughter and get her over here so she can also start working. And, the list goes on.

Many have a better life than a lot of us. They make a shit load of money, have guys buy them expensive gifts, take them on vacations and do all kinds of things for them. Then, they have their network of friends that they do things with. They eat well, they party well and they earn well. Why feel sorry for them? They have it made.

If there is anyone to feel sorry for it's the misguided fools o the Polaris Project and other do gooders who have no idea what these women are all about. I also feel sorry for many of you out there who try to make this more that it is. Don't listen to their sob stories, it's often just as effective as reeling you in as the sweet talk they have perfected.
