Relaxation on the massage table

I wonder why it feels so relaxed in the massage rooms.. the table is pretty firm, narrow and u are lying face down.
Yet it feels so nice the moment you step in..is it the light, music, temperature, lack of clothing ... or just the anticipation of a nice massage? (and I am not talking about any extras here!)

I am sure I wont be able to replicate it at home!!

The more u think about it... The ambiance with music, lights, candles etc can easily be replicated or even bettered. That is still noway near that feeling..
Add the girl to it and wow.. there is the answer
